Authentication and Condition

All timepieces undergo our rigorous authentication process. We stand behind the authenticity of every watch we sell. Condition descriptions are provided in good faith based on our expert assessment.

Payment and Delivery

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. All shipments are fully insured. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Sell/Trade Policy

For sell/trade transactions, funds are not released until the watch is received and fully inspected by our team. We do not accept stolen or ill-acquired timepieces. Any such items will be reported to and released to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Prosperity Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
